Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
